We are a senior adult fully kitted team that will be competing in the Irish American Football League (IAFL) 2007 season under NCAA rules. Developing this season to become a force to be reckoned with next year.

The team train at Malone Rugby Club and everybody is welcome. No previous experience in playing American football is necessary.

The team is made up of individuals from all communities in the province, and also consists of many from outside Northern Ireland. You will find players on our roster from as far away as Portugal, Canada, USA and South Africa. The Belfast Trojans prides itself on it's multi-cultural complex. We also have several fully capped Irish internationals.

Interested in Playing?
If you are interested in knowing more about us, do not hesitate to contact us by email.

The Sport:
We play full contact American Football, you do NOT need experience of playing the sport to come down, in fact most of our team started out by simply watching it on T.V. It's a fun/tough game that provides a new experience for anyone wanting to take part...By the way, its not a soft game, try it if you think so!

We also are in the process of developing a junior flag (non-contact) team for those aged under 17.

Coaching
The Trojans have an excellent set of coaches, with NFL experience, something that is rarely found at this level.

Visit our training page for more information about when and where to meet The Trojans.
